1. Late cancellations and no-shows

Please note that cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment. First-time late cancellations/no-shows will be waived. After that, we may request upfront payment for future bookings. If your appointments are prepaid, you will be forfeited one session of your package. 

2. Late arrival

If you are late for your appointment we will try our best to offer a full session. However, if we have back-to-back appointments it may not be possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to reduce the session time upon late arrival.

3. Packages

Packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase and they are non-refundable.
