SMALL GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING CLASS

Workout with friends and like-minded people. Classes are kept to 2 participants to ensure that every individual gets supervised by our trainer. This class is ideal for both beginners and experienced lifters who want to improve themselves.

Our trainer holds a degree in physiotherapy and has 10 years of work experience. He has been coaching people from all walks of life, from professional to recreational athletes. His knowledge and experience enables him to craft a training program that suits your needs and goals, with emphasis on proper technique, intensity and volume of work.
